My name is Monique Vorster and I am a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Ability Plus Ltd.

My name is Louise Dignan and I joined Ability Plus in November 2014. My role as Senior Office Administrator is to provide a high level of administration for our consultants, so they can focus on our candidates and clients.
I am the first point of contact when you call Ability Plus or come into our office for registration appointments, meetings or general queries.
I am also responsible for ensuring our client database is up to date, creating job advertisements and confirming interviews. My duties can vary on a day to day basis and I need to be ready at all times to help our consultants with anything they need.
My name is Clodagh Reeve and I am the newest member of the team. I am a Recruitment Consultant looking after Hospitality Plus.
With a background in hospitality I have first-hand experience of the industry and know what challenges it can face. I am a passionate and driven individual who knows how to spot talent when it arises.

My name is Joedy Cullen and I joined Ability Plus as a Junior Office Administrator in January 2016.
You might be talking with me on the phone or by email when booking an appointment or to arrange an interview. My principal function is to provide administrative support to our recruitment consultants and to contribute to the smooth running of the office.
I occasionally work in our reception area, providing information and services to candidates and clients.

I found Ability Plus to be the most personable and helpful recruitment agency I have ever been signed up with, and that is across both UK and IOM agencies. Ability Plus is a very professional placement agency. They spent time talking to me about the type of job that I was looking for. Ability Plus went through job interview techniques and made sure that I was ready before they arranged job interviews. Every job interview that was arranged for me was for the type of job that I was looking for. I went to Ability Plus a little over a year ago, I wasn't 100% sure at the time I wanted to move but I was starting to feel like I needed a change, Monique was incredibly helpful and immediately put me at ease, she offered me a few options, one of which I was keen on progressing and seeing how it went. The process was great, I was kept well informed throughout, I was told about every step I would be going through during the hiring process, and not once was I left wondering what was going on. A year on and I love my "new" job, I feel I was incredibly well matched to the company which is a good skill to have as a recruitment agency!
