My name is Anne Marie Hanna and I am the Managing Director of Ability Plus Ltd.

With over 20 years’ experience in recruitment I am very familiar with the staffing needs of businesses in the Island and I like to get to know the people behind the businesses we work with.

I have a ‘hands on’ approach when it comes to recruitment; directly engaging with both candidates and clients and matching their needs.

I am a highly motivated, ambitious individual, who thrives in a high-pressured environment and this flows over into everything I do, including my passion for physical fitness.

I build friendly, professional relationships and all my business networks find me to be easily approachable when looking to recruit. From providing leading employers with the staff they need, to finding candidates the right job that fits with their lifestyle, I am extremely proud to be able to facilitate long-lasting relationships.

My name is Clodagh Reeve and I am a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Ability Plus with a background in Hospitality Management.

I am a passionate and driven individual who knows how to spot talent when it arises. I build excellent relationships with clients that allows me to recruit the best possible staff for their businesses. My aim is to find the most suitable candidate for the position, to grow strong teams and lasting relationships. I cover a wide variety of industries and roles at all levels. I recently qualified in the Recruitment Practice Level 3 certificate and I particularly enjoyed studying the employment legislation aspects of the qualification.

My name is Gemma Crossley and I am a Recruitment Associate for both Ability Plus and Hospitality Plus.

I have over 10 years’ experience within the Finance industry, including banking and insurance together with a year of experience in the recruitment industry. I support job seekers to find the right position. I initially worked in the administration side of Ability Plus and this really gave me a head-start in the business and learnt about the different aspects of recruiting whilst supporting Anne and the recruitment team. A position within the recruitment team became available and I embraced the opportunity to develop. The fact that I can empathise with candidates, and guide them on their journey means a lot to me, as I can identify with their situation from my own experiences, and the experiences of others. This gives me a lot of job satisfaction and pride in the work that I do.

My name is Megan French and I am a Recruitment Administrator for both Ability Plus and Hospitality Plus.

I have been part of the team for over a year, providing a solid support system for the Recruitment Consultants. I am responsible for making sure the Reception desk functions smoothly, being the first point of call for visitors and enquiries, which I take pleasure in doing. I thrive on providing great customer service for our clients, candidates, and our tight-knit team. I thoroughly enjoy my role and I am looking forward to building a career within the Recruitment industry.
