Job Overview

Partnering exclusively with Ability Plus, our client is seeking a Salesperson to work within their commercial insurance team. A full driving licence is essential when applying for this role as the successful candidate will conduct visits to clients around the Island. Alongside client visits additional duties are as follows; Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales, working to KPI’s and revenue targets, and ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively.

The commercial insurance field deals with complex, high-value insurance policies for customers such as building contractors, small-large corporations, and more. No two customers are the same, and the types of coverage they need vary greatly, making commercial insurance a challenging and fast-paced field. We are looking for applicants with a sales background, (insurance industry experience would be advantageous) who are well presented and have excellent communication skills.
