We have a superb opportunity for a Company Secretary to join our well-established client in central Douglas. Duties will include overseeing the day-to-day administration of companies, registers of members, directors and secretaries; Preparing and submitting annual returns and assisting with organising the board meetings, AGMs, preparing agendas. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and organisational skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly.
