Job Overview

Customer Services Administrator required for a successful global company. The role requires the successful applicant to deliver superior customer services to future and existing customers and brokers who contact their call centre. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, proven customer services skills and the demonstrated ability to work well within a very busy team environment. The successful candidate must hold: 2+ years Finance Sector Experience, Telephone handling experience and a professional telephone etiquette is essential; and previous call centre experience would also be advantageous. Candidates will have GCSE Level English at Grade C or above (or equivalent) and possessĀ  a customer focused a can-do attitude.
