Job Overview
Customer Services Administrator required for a successful company. The role requires the successful applicant to deliver superior customer services to future and existing customers and brokers who contact their call centre. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, proven customer services skills and the demonstrated ability to work well within a busy team environment. The successful candidate will have: Telephone handling experience (previous call centre experience would also be advantageous) and educated to GCSE standard with English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.
