Job Overview

New year = new opportunities! Partnering exclusively with Ability Plus, our client is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join their team. Currently enjoying a period of growth, this new position will add to the Isle of Man office, based in Ballasalla. Within this busy role you play a key part in the company’s success providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and helpdesk to customers based throughout the world. We are looking for applicants with strong communication skills, excellent telephone manner and a proactive attitude. Ideally applicants will have 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English and Maths.
