Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a talented IT Service Desk Analyst to provide administration and front line support to this successful business. The day to day duties of this role will see the candidate maintaining hardware, systems software, and applications. Our client operates on a global level, so if you have a passion for IT with excellent communication and analytical skills, coupled with relevant experience, then we want to hear from you. Essential experience and qualifications required: at least 1-2 years’ Service or Helpdesk experience, experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems, Applications, Printers and Network faults and an understanding of Network Infrastructure and Virtual Server/Desktop environments would be ideal. Good salary in the range of £22k to £25k plus excellent benefits package.
