Our client requires an Internal IT Support Technician 1st /2nd line to be part of small support team. The successful candidate would be providing a high level of customer service and offering a varied range of IT Support to both technical and non-technical clients. Skills and experience required: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk Support or similar role; Be able to work both independently and as part of a team; A strong understanding of computer systems and networks including Windows 10 operating systems, Premise Exchange, Office 365; Experience working with servers 2016 & 2019; and good knowledge of Group Policy & Active Directory. Any MCP or other vendor qualifications will be an advantage.
