Job Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for a Junior IT Support to join our market-leading client in Douglas being responsible for providing 1^st line helpdesk support, answering queries, installing and configuring software, hardware and peripherals and running diagnostic problems. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent time management and problem-solving skills, along with strong knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems and basic networking experience. Salary is around £25,000.00 depending on experience.
