Job Overview
Exclusive to Ability Plus – part time Office Assistant role available. Working alongside the HR Manager of a global company, the successful candidate will assist with all aspects of the smooth running of the office including facilities management, inventory management, booking travel, booking meetings, calendar management and general administration assistance. You will have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and be extremely confidential. You will need to be prepared to work within a fast-paced environment and have a pro-active and positive approach. For the right candidate, the role will develop to take on additional duties if desired.
