We are looking to recruit a temporary receptionist to cover a period of maternity leave for 13 months. The successful applicant will be responsible for looking after the day to day running of reception along with other ad hoc duties. You will act as the first point of contact greeting clients and visitors, operating the switchboard, answering all incoming telephone calls, and taking messages. You will also assist the HR department. Applicants must be available for the duration of the contract, be detail orientate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
