An opportunity has arisen for a new team member to join our clients’ Customer Services team. The role would suit a high performing new business/customer service expert, with an in-depth understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements. The purpose of this role is to provide a point of contact for support, technical administration assistance and general relationship management to brokers, sales force, and regional offices. The successful candidate will need the following skills and experience: Previous experience within a customer services role within Investments or Life Assurance, good understanding of the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority’s Guidance Notes on Anti-Money Laundering and Preventing the Financing of Terrorism and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
